We are a 35+ year old small business and one of the largest minority-owned businesses in the Capital Region. We are listed on the New York State OGS Commodities Flooring Contract for carpets under Mohawk Carpet, Shaw Industries and Tandus Centiva.
We currently service 3 million sq. ft. daily in hospitals, governmental buildings and the private sector. Our services include the following: janitorial services, construction cleaning and project cleaning (stripping, waxing and shampoo services).
We are committed to using green products and technologies and have streamlined the process in maintaining facilities. As a result, many of our products are listed on the New York State OGS Approved Green Cleaning Products List and Healthy Schools Network.
